Currently the mail subscriptions do only send very generic messages in the mail bodies, like

  "Printer 'foobar' state changed."

Couldn't this be made more explicit, telling $old and $new state?

Also, job completion notifications do mention the Job ID in the mail subject line, but not in the mail body (which says only "Job completed"). In the case of this specific event, the Job ID as well as the uniq "uuid" should be mentioned in the mail body.

In the case of "printer-modified" the message body should mention which modification was made.

Pushing to 1.5, as we'll need to touch a lot of the event generation code (which creates the text that is used...)
