The patch for STR #3130 adds support in the schedulers Restart-Job operation for `job-hold-until' attribute.
Please add support for the `lp -i' command to restart a job with a `job-hold-until' attribute. ex:

    lp -i 123 -H hold -H restart

Thanks,
Opher Shachar.
