Sending any print job to a Bizhub C280 (configured as a network printer using socket://printer_address:9100) will freeze the printer, requiring a power cycle for the printer to work again.

What driver are you using?

Can you attach a debug log to this bug? Just run "cupsctl --debug-logging" to enable debug logging, send a print job, and then attach the /var/log/cups/error_log file.
